Times will be 11.00 - 13.00 for all sessions. Please note the length of the course is approximate, we can sometimes spend a little longer on a specific subject.
This is a LIVE on line course which will help you to prepare for your birth in the current climate. It will also help you to learn how to use the very popular hypnobirthing technique to manage pain during labour and birth. We will help you to prepare yourself, both mentally and physically.
